The standard for the impact resistance strength of Keli Nai countertops

Оглавление

Although there is no unified public value for the impact strength standard of Kelinai countertops, its advantages can be demonstrated through the following test data and characteristics:

Impact resistance test data

Laboratory tests show that the Corine countertop can withstand the impact of a steel ball weighing 324 grams falling from a height of 1.8 meters without being damaged.

In the extreme test, even when a 140-pound adult stepped on the countertop, no cracking or deformation occurred, proving its structural stability.

Material property support

The hardness of the Keli Nai countertop reaches 56 (close to the hardness of human teeth), and its density is 1.7 grams per cubic centimeter, which is higher than that of ordinary pig iron, giving it a natural advantage in impact resistance.

The material contains 40% methyl methacrylate (MMA, a raw material for denture manufacturing) and 55% natural mineral aluminium trihydrate (ATH). This formula ensures hardness while enhancing toughness.

Practical application verification

User feedback indicates that items such as cosmetic bottles dropping onto the countertop during daily use do not cause damage, further demonstrating its impact resistance.

The countertop can be seamlessly spliced, reducing the weak points caused by the splicing seams and enhancing the overall impact resistance.
