Minimum Requirements • Bachelor's Degree or higher, chemical or materials background is preferred. • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development or marketing • Excellent demand generation, KA management experience and skills. • Excellent pipeline and project management capability High motivation and capability on sales development as well as channel management. • Strong business acumen, ability to innovate and sales execution capability. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, with strong sense of ownership and accountability. • Excellent interpersonal skills across a broader variety of functions and able to work independently as well as a team player. • Flexible with frequent business travels.
